Ces logiciels b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une renomm\u00e9e qui s\u2019est construite avec le temps, mais qui est de plus en plus fragile, et ce, pour de multiples raisons\u00a0: co\u00fbt faramineux des licences pour les \u00e9tablissements, faible interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, interfaces surann\u00e9es, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, des alternatives tr\u00e8s puissantes ont \u00e9merg\u00e9. Certaines d\u2019entre elles reposent sur la philosophie du logiciel libre dont \u00ab\u2009l\u2019utilisation, l\u2019\u00e9tude, la modification et la duplication par autrui en vue de sa diffusion sont permises, techniquement et l\u00e9galement\u2009\u00bb (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Logiciel_libre\" target=\"_blank\">Wikip\u00e9dia<\/a>). Avec ce genre de logiciels, vous pourrez continuer de travailler sur vos projets de recherche sans vous soucier des dates d\u2019expirations des licences et sans avoir \u00e0 pirater de logiciels propri\u00e9taires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petit tour d\u2019horizon de 3\u00a0logiciels\u00a0: PSPP, JASP et Jamovi\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GNU PSPP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gnu.org\/software\/pspp\/pspplogo.png?resize=140%2C140&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"PSPP Logo - GNU Project - Free Software Foundation (FSF)\" width=\"140\" height=\"140\"\/><figcaption>PSPP, une nouvelle bo\u00eete \u00e0 camemberts<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gnu.org\/software\/pspp\/\" target=\"_blank\">GNU PSPP<\/a> fait partie de la cat\u00e9gorie des \u00ab\u2009clones\u2009\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des reproductions de logiciels propri\u00e9taires, mais sous licence libre (rien \u00e0 voir avec <i>Star Wars<\/i> donc). Pour les plus frileux\u00b7ses qui voudraient d\u00e9couvrir une alternative \u00e0 SPSS sans \u00eatre boulevers\u00e9\u00b7es par une interface trop diff\u00e9rente, GNU PSPP constitue une 1re\u00a0\u00e9tape facile d\u2019acc\u00e8s. Le logiciel permet d\u2019utiliser des fichiers de donn\u00e9es et de syntaxe compatibles avec ceux de SPSS, facilitant votre transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GNU PSPP peut g\u00e9rer un tr\u00e8s grand nombre de variables et de tr\u00e8s larges jeux de donn\u00e9es. Le logiciel n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s beau, mais on y retrouve les principales fonctionnalit\u00e9s de SPSS (m\u00eame des analyses bay\u00e9siennes\u2009!) et, surtout, de fa\u00e7on bien mieux organis\u00e9e (les menus sont clairs et bien structur\u00e9s). En plus, la traduction du logiciel est d\u2019assez bonne qualit\u00e9. Plusieurs fonctions utiles sont toutefois absentes, comme l\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es manquantes et leur remplacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p>Bref, avec GNU PSPP, vous n\u2019aurez certes pas le dernier bolide entre les mains, mais vous pouvez \u00eatre certain que cela fonctionnera bien pour le B.A.-BA de l\u2019analyse statistique&nbsp;: oubliez les options, avec GNU PSPP on est plut\u00f4t dans le mod\u00e8le Toyota Echo de base, mais au moteur increvable.<\/p>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour \u00e9voluer vers R, jamovi plut\u00f4t JASP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.michelot.info\/education\/files\/2020\/04\/E04057F2-C677-4A2E-9556-4F9629B0DE1F.jpeg?resize=291%2C440\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-365\" width=\"291\" height=\"440\"\/><figcaption>Jamovi, <em>the Next Level<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9 JASP dans un autre billet de ce blogue. JASP est un logiciel de traitements statistiques qui dispose d\u2019une interface graphique enviable, au m\u00eame titre que <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jamovi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">jamovi<\/a>. Les deux logiciels reposent sur des paquets <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.r-project.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">R<\/a>, le puissant langage de programmation destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019analyse statistique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quiconque se frotte \u00e0 R une premi\u00e8re fois apr\u00e8s en avoir entendu parler trouvera l\u2019entr\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re assez opaque. Certes, il existe plusieurs livres qui accompagnent efficacement les chercheur\u00b7ses dans leurs premiers pas, dont l\u2019excellent Stats faciles avec R\u00a0: guide pratique chez De Boeck <span class=\"zp-InText-zp-ID--497524-EANE3XJA--wp342 zp-InText-Citation loading\" rel=\"{ 'pages': 'np', 'items': '{497524:EANE3XJA}', 'format': '(%a%, %d%, %p%)', 'brackets': '', 'etal': '', 'separator': '', 'and': '' }\"><\/span>, mais il faudra oser remonter ses manches pour comprendre le fonctionnement de R. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que jamovi peut devenir votre meilleur ami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au premier coup d\u2019\u0153il faire la diff\u00e9rence entre jamovi et JASP est ardu\u00a0: de l\u2019interface aux tests propos\u00e9s, les points de similitudes sont nombreux, car les deux projets ont des racines communes. L\u2019interface graphique permet de visualiser simplement le jeu de donn\u00e9es et d\u2019y faire les nettoyages n\u00e9cessaires (transformation de variables en Factors, etc.). Les puristes trouveront cela insuffisant, mais les tableaux de donn\u00e9es se rapprochent des normes de l\u2019APA 6e\u00a0\u00e9dition, normes de publication g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement admises <span class=\"zp-InText-zp-ID--497524-DN7X3NNA--wp342 zp-InText-Citation loading\" rel=\"{ 'pages': 'np', 'items': '{497524:DN7X3NNA}', 'format': '(%a%, %d%, %p%)', 'brackets': '', 'etal': '', 'separator': '', 'and': '' }\"><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jamovi sera plus utile que JASP pour ceux\u00b7celles qui aiment mettre les mains dans le moteur et envisagent, \u00e0 plus ou moins long terme, de se mettre \u00e0 R. En effet, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence de JASP, jamovi propose une int\u00e9gration avec R beaucoup plus avanc\u00e9e. Jamovi dispose d\u2019un mode syntaxique (syntax mode) dans lequel on peut acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la syntaxe de chacune des analyses. Une fois sur R, il suffira de copier-coller cette syntaxe. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, on pourra ex\u00e9cuter du code R directement dans jamovi avec le module Rj Editor. Dans R, on pourra utiliser les paquets jmv, jmvcore et jmvconnect pour tirer parti de ces interconnexions. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 jmvconnect, par exemple, on pourra ais\u00e9ment importer dans R le jeu de donn\u00e9es en cours d\u2019utilisation dans jamovi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vid\u00e9o ci-dessous
