Face aux \u00e9crans et aux risques de l\u2019Internet, quelques gestes simples peuvent aider \u00e0 \u00e9viter d\u2019autres genres probl\u00e8mes pour notre corps, pour nos relations sociales et notre cerveau. Durant cette rencontre, nous \u00e9voquerons d\u2019abord les cons\u00e9quences de l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019\u00e9cran dans nos quotidiens \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges et, ensuite, la fa\u00e7on dont nous pouvons les \u00e9viter. Nous verrons alors quelles sont les bonnes pratiques que l\u2019on peut instaurer pour adopter une bonne hygi\u00e8ne vis-\u00e0-vis des technologies et \u00e9viter de trop se laisser tenter par les \u00ab\u2009sucreries num\u00e9riques\u2009\u00bb. Enfin, au-del\u00e0 de la gestion des \u00e9crans, nous \u00e9voquerons quelques autres strat\u00e9gies qui peuvent aussi contribuer \u00e0 cette hygi\u00e8ne num\u00e9rique.<\/p><cite>Tir\u00e9 de
